Office Admins and Account Admins can reassign and refer leads in bulk through the web dashboard.
1/ From the main page select the "Leads" tab (see below).
2/ On the right hand side of the screen, select the leads you wish to reassign or refer.
3/ Select Reassign/Refer from the dropdown window in the upper left hand side of the screen then select "Perform Action". Note that selecting "refer" stamps the lead/contact with a "R" (referral) icon, the understanding being that these will involve a referral fee should a transaction occur.
4/ Make your selections and click the "reassign" button.
5/ If you click on the lead "status" in the dashboard, you will see the reassignment or referral in the lead history. Additional. referred leads will be stamped with an "R" badge (below).
Note that reassigning Contacts in bulk can also be done from the CRM section of the app
