Connect Now CNipIT FAQ Follow
What is the CNipIT?
The CNip IT is a small piece of JavaScript code that can be added to your website (a Wordpress site, a Brivity, Placester, Dakno, Boston Logic site or other) that creates a “call to action” when agents are available to connect with potential buyers and sellers. It asks if the consumer to connect now, and shows the photos of up to 6 available agents.
When the consumer enters their information, a notification gets sent to all available agents and the first to claim (by calling or texting the lead) gets the lead. Their photo and phone number will then show up in the CNipIT as “matched”.
If no agent claims the lead within 2 minutes, the consumer gets a notice that all agents are temporarily tied up, with the assurance that they will hear from someone soon. Unclaimed leads are available to claim in an agent app’s lead history.
The CNipIT will appear (and only if at least one agent is available) 10 seconds after a users arrives at a website or web page. The user can minimize the popup and continue browsing to “reach out” when they are ready. The CNipIT will “pop up” only once per user session. Once a user has reached out for contact, it will disappear. A user can also minimize the CNipIT while connecting to an “agent” -- the connection “match” will open up once it’s made (and by this time, the consumer will have received a call or text from an agent).
Can I control who gets leads?
Of course. First, only agents who are “available” in the Connect Now app will receive leads. You can add all of your agents or just a subset of agents to the CNipIT.
How do I know what happened with my leads?
Connect Now offers a dashboard where an office admin and/or broker can see what leads come in through the CNipIT, who claimed them, and time to claim. You can also add and remove agents from the CNipIT with this dashboard and view activity by time frame.
Can I send the CNipIT leads to my CRM or have them emailed to me?
Of course. When you set up the CNipIT, you can indicate that you’d like leads sent to a particular email address (or addresses). We can also currently automatically send leads to the Contactually, Wise Agent CRM and Follow Up Boss and are constantly working on other integrations. Talk to us about which CRM you’d like to see integrated.
