The CNipIT will appear (and only if at least one agent is available) 10 seconds after a users arrives at a website or web page.
The user can minimize the popup and continue browsing to “reach out” when they are ready.
The CNipIT will “pop up” only once per user session. Once a user has reached out for contact, it will disappear. A user can also minimize the CNipIT while connecting to an “agent” -- the connection “match” will open up once it’s made (and by this time, the consumer will have received a call or text from an agent).
If a customer clears their browser cache and visits your site again, it would be considered a new session, and they would see the CNipIT popup again.
