From the Overview screen you can see statistics for the entire organization
From the Agents screen you can see statistics for each Agent on your team including;
1. Requests - this is the number of requests that were available to this agent during the reporting period
2. Claimed Requests - this is the number of requests successfully claimed by this agent
3. Total Claimed Leads - includes Claimed Requests plus any "repeat" leads that were Auto Assigned to that agent
4. Response Rate - the % of incoming requests claimed by that agent
5. Average Response Time - median response time for the agent to claim leads in the app
6. Uptime - How often the agent is available to claim leads
Agent names are now searchable, and agent names and email addresses can be arranged alphabetically.
