Dashboard - Team Report Follow

Once you have signed into your dashboard (How do I access my Connect Now dashboard?) you will be directed the the Team Report. By date, you will be able to view an overview of requests, claimed requests, response rate, average response time and active agents. 

Click on "Leads" to provide and overview of leads based on the date filter chosen. 

Click on the "+" next to a lead info to expand the lead card and see detailed information about the lead. 

Click on "Agents" to view agent metrics.
