The "Lead Routing" section will allow you to:
1. Choose a CRM and add a CRM API key - (for CRMs that we currently are integrated with). If you are using a CRM that is not on the list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Email List for Leads - Enter a single email address or a comma-delimited list of emails to receive email alerts when a lead comes in through Connect Now.
3. Lead Expiration Time - If a lead is not claimed by anyone within the selected timeframe (in seconds, max: 86400), it will be sent to your CRM (if set up) and become unavailable in Connect Now. The default of '0' means that the lead will never expire.
4. One Lead, One Agent - Always assign a lead to the agent who claimed that lead originally, even if a given lead submits information more than once.
5 Radius Search - Enter a radius here to route leads to users by radius based on a property location (or a lead's browser location, if property location is not available) and a user's current location (in the app).
