Dashboard - Lead Reassignment (Office Admin Only) Follow
Office Admins can reassign leads from both the Dashboard and the Connect Now App.
Once you click on the 'Reassign Lead" icon, you will be presented with a list of agent to reassign that lead to. Choose the agent and click "Save". The newly assigned agent will receive an text message notifying them they have been assigned a new lead.
In the Connect Now App, click on the "Reassign Lead" icon to be presented with a list of agents to reassign the lead to.
The newly assigned agent will receive an text message notifying them they have been assigned a new lead.
