Here is a video tutorial on how to set your availability on your Connect Now application:
Agents can set their availability for receiving leads ahead of time in the Connect Now app.
1. Click on the menu icon
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "Schedule Setting"
You have the ability to set a schedule for the entire week, or set your schedule by day.
Use the toggles to select which days you would like turned on (All weekdays, weekends or individual days" and the sliders to select the time period per day.
