One Agent, One Lead
As an optional setting within lead routing, business owners and brokers can indicate that they would like repeat requests by leads already claimed by an agent to go to that agent. In this case, new inquiries by an already-claimed lead are automatically assigned to the original agent, who is then notified of a subsequent request to connect. This way, the agent is able to develop a relationship with the customer over several points of contact.
A simple toggle allows admins to activate this feature.
