Re-assigning Leads and Contacts in the Connect Now mobile app Follow
To re-assign leads and/or contacts you must first be granted administrative permissions in the app. Please reach out to your Account Administrator to have admin permissions granted. Once you have been granted the proper permissions you can re-assign both unclaimed leads and claimed contacts.
To re-assign an unclaimed lead in the mobile app:
1.) from the home page select the Inquiries button at the bottom of your screen
2.) select the lead to be re-assigned
3.) open the lead card and look for the re-assign icon in the upper right corner
4.) press the re-assign icon to open the re-assignment page
5. ) choose whether you want to re-assign to a team (creating a new lead to be claimed by the first available agent) or to a specific agent
6.) select the appropriate Team or Agent from the drop down menu
7.) press the Confirm button
To re-assign a Contact:
1.) go to Contacts
2.) open the contact to be re-assigned
3.) select the Inquiries icon
4.) repeat steps 3 - 7 above.
