Creating and Using Text Templates in Connect Now
Text templates can help you streamline your communication with customers. To create a new template (or edit an existing template):
1) Go to "settings" and scroll to select "text" and then "text templates"
2) Click the "plus" sign to create a template, or clone an existing template (if any are available).
3) Use "field" tags to add dynamic fields (e.g. contact's name, your name, property address).
4) Save the template, check "public" if you'd like other users in your account to be able to see it, and use it when claiming leads or communicating with contacts.
