How to re-assign a contact in the Connect Now mobile app Follow
Once you have been granted Office Admin permissions over a team, re-assigning a contact in the Connect Now mobile app is very easy. Simply:
- Open your Contacts
- Select the contact to be re-assigned
- Open the contacts original lead inquiry
- Look for the Re-assignment icon in the upper right corner of the lead card
- Choose whether to re-assign to an Agent or a Team
- Select the agent or team name you wish to re-assign the contact to and then press Confirm
