Re-assigning an unclaimed lead in the Connect Now mobile app Follow
Once you have been given Office Admin permissions, re-assigning an unclaimed lead in the mobile app is easy. Simply:
- Go to the Inquiries page
- Select the Unclaimed lead to be re-assigned
- Open the lead card and look for the re-assignment icon in the upper right corner
- Choose whether to re-assign to an individual Agent or to a Team
- Select the agent or team from the list provided and press Confirm
