Creating and using email templates
To create and use email templates in the Connect Now dashboard or mobile app:
1) Make sure that your Account Admin has turned on "in-app emailing" and that you've connected your GSuite gmail account.
2) Click on "settings" then "email" and select "email templates".
3) From here, you can clone or create new email templates.
4) Use "field tags" to add dynamic fields to emails (e.g. contact name, property address).
5) If you'd like to share a template you create with other people in your account, select "public" when creating or editing the template.
6) Create an email signature that will appear below every email by clicking on "settings" then "email" and "email signature".
