Granting Office Admin permissions to allow contact and lead sharing Follow
To grant Office Admin permissions your Account Administrator has to set your permissions. They can do that by logging into their dashboard and then:
- Open the drop down menu and select "Settings" and then "Manage Users"
- In the Change Team window, select the name of the team to grant permissions over
- In the list of team members that appears, go to the Office Admin column for the agent to be granted permissions and change the setting to Yes
- The selected agent will now have the ability to re-assign unclaimed leads and contacts that are associated with that team
