Some users get frustrated by the fact that Gmail tends to "clump" customer conversations together in ways that make them lose track of communications with specific prospects. This is part of a default Gmail behavior called "conversations" which can be turned off in your Gmail settings. To do so:
1. In Gmail, click "Settings" (the "cog" icon) and then select "See all settings".
2. Under the "General" tab, scroll down and select "Conversation View off" then click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
