Delayed Notifications - iPhone Follow

Normally, push notifications of new leads arrive quickly, but when they are delayed it is typically because of an absent or poor internet connection. There are a few more things you can check for if you are getting delayed notifications. 

Open "settings" on your iPhone, scroll down and click on the "Connect Now" app icon. In the app settings, make sure that, as pictured below, "background app refresh" and "cellular data" are "on". 

Click "Notifications" and make sure that, as pictured below:

1) "Allow Notifications" is "on"

2) "Banner style" is "Persistent"

3) "Sounds" and "Badges" are "on"
4) "Show Previews" is "on"

5) "Notification Grouping" is "off"
