Email Templates (Mobile) Follow

Templates are a tool designed to help users quickly respond to leads or contacts with a consistent message, while still making it seem personalized.

1) Go to "settings" and scroll to select "email" and then "email templates"

2) Click the "plus" sign to create a template, or clone an existing template (if any are available).

3) Use "field tags" to add dynamic fields (e.g. contact's name, your name, property address).

4) Access your template by choosing "email with template" when emailing a new lead or contact.
