Adding and Managing Text and eMail Templates Follow
A feature of the Connect Now app is the ability to create and use templates for both text and email responses. Often times, agents/sales reps find themselves sending a similar message over and over to contacts and leads. To help speed this process, Connect Now allows you to build response templates, using "field tags" to create a reusable message that will appear customized to the reader. As an Account Admin you can create templates that can be shared with your whole team, helping them to claim leads faster but with a clear and consistent message.
To create a template, log on to the web app and click on the profile pic in the upper right hand corner to open the menu and select Settings
Select either eMail or Text and select "Manage Templates
A list of available templates will appear. To create a new template look for the + New Template button in the upper right portion of your screen.
When the template form opens, give your template a name (and a Subject line if it is an eMail template)
Field Tags are small bits of code that will pull information from the lead card and/or the User record in Connect Now, to personalize the eMail/Text message
When you are satisfied with your message, select Public to share with your team and then hit the Save button. Your Template is now available for use by your team
