Using Sequences in the Web App Follow
Activating a sequence from the Connect Now dashboard is easy. When a lead comes in simply click on the notification box in the upper right corner of your screen.
The lead card will open up and you simply select the Sequence Gear Icon
A new screen will open where you can "Add a Sequence"
In the pop-up, from the drop down menu select the sequence you would like to run and choose a starting date and time.
Your sequence is now activated. You can monitor the progress of the sequence by opening the Contact Record and clicking on the green Sequence button in the contact record. The sequence will open and show where in the steps it currently is.
When a prospect responds to one of your messages you will see a notification box in the upper right corner of the dashboard indicating that you have an incoming message. If you have selected a terminating event of 'User Reply', you will then also see that the sequence has terminated itself.
