Connect Now allows agents to build and assign sequences of tasks to both leads and contacts. A sequence is a series of events scheduled to be performed at pre-determined intervals. The Connect Now Task Sequence feature, when attached to a lead or contact, adds events to the agent's Task List.
To build a Task Sequence open the menu from the Home Page (two horizontal bars in the upper right corner) and select Settings, then select Sequence. Give your Sequence a name (1), a trigger type (2), and a terminating event (3). Use the Add Task button (4) to build your sequence. Once you have completed adding tasks to your sequence hit the "create" button.
To add a sequence to a Lead or Contact, open the record and select the Sequence Icon. Select "Add sequence", and on the next screen press the "Add" button.
Your sequence events will now appear on the Home Page when due, and will be listed on your Task List under Future Events.
